Cookies Muscle

The muscle was considered the guy who did the heavy lifting or dirty work during the gangster heyday.  This large cookie is filled with cheddar cheese.  Now, we don't just use any ordinary cheddar cheese.  We are so picky about our cookie ingredients that we won't use pre-shredded cheese.  It has chemicals in it to prevent clumping.  No, we, the picky ones, get entire wheels of cheese and shred the cheese ourselves, by hand.  But wait...there's more.  We have oat flour in this cookie.  We don't buy our oat flour, we get steel cut organic oats, and make our own flour.  All by hand!  This cheese loaded cookie will surely get your dog's attention, and maybe get them to do a little heavy lifting.
