But why the name, Vincenzo?

During the height of organized crime, Vincenzo Cupri owned the largest florist company in Italy called FloraHolland.  It was the size of fourteen soccer fields!  Vincenzo was known for smuggling various illicit items for the Italian Mafia.  Since we make the cookies with flowers and in the shape of a flower, it just kind of made sense.
